Hakka Balm

Hakka is a Japanese mint that is native to Hokkaido. It contains about 1.5 times more menthol than regular peppermint, which gives it a stronger refreshing and cooling sensation. Menthol is often used in pain releaf, including headaches, muscle aches, and stomachaches. It is also a popular ingredient in cough drops and other over-the-counter cold remedies.

Hakka balm can be used all over the body, including the hands, lips, and feet. To maximize the moisturizing benefits, apply balm after showering or bathing, when your skin is still damp. This will help to lock in moisture. You can also use balm during the day as needed, especially if your skin feels dry or tight.
